Webinar - Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy: Psychosocial Care and Transitions of Care Across the Lifespan

This webinar will highlight the updated care considerations and emerging therapies regarding the care and management of individuals with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) as they relate to psychosocial care and transitions of care across the lifespan. Participants will better be able to identify and address related issues affecting individuals with DMD and the role of primary care providers and these sub-specialty providers in achieving effective care-coordination for patients with DMD. This learning activity is eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Part 2.
