Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder affecting a significant portion of the pediatric population. This lecture aims to provide pediatric Physician Assistants (PAs) with a thorough understanding of ADHD, covering essential aspects such as prevalence statistics, identifiable symptoms, diagnostic procedures, available treatments, safety considerations, follow-up protocols, and effective communication strategies with families.
