Antibiotics are one of the most frequently prescribed classes of medications. Yet, prescribing clinicians are not required to obtain pharmacologic continuing medical education hours. This session will offer a framework for decision-making around antibiotics therapies and an overview of the most commonly prescribed antibiotic classes.
